These are Memoirs of my own, my absolute reality....
This site is totally dedicated to being my rant space in a little corner of cyberspace. At times, I'll also be posting some yaoi manga and doujinshi that I totally like. But I'm very busy, so there are times wherein I don't update for (long) while. ^^;
Anyway, my (pen)name is Kasumi Hayashibara. What's my real name? Guess... Well, I liked the name "Kasumi" so I used it. It was also influenced by Pokemon. How so? At the time Pokemon was being aired in my country, my classmates began calling me "Misty" since my nickname (which is what I am usually called) rhymes with it. Her Japanese name happens to be Kasumi so... yeah. Hayashibara is the surname of one of my favorite female seiyuu's (voice actors), Hayashibara Megumi ^^.
I also sometimes go by the username MSCDR, which is my signature on paintings ('yup, I'm an artist). It's also the initials of my full real name.
If I'm not "Kasumi Hayashibara", I'm most probably "kasumi_yyh07", like here in LJ. YYH are the initials of the anime show that totally made me an anime addict (otaku), and 7 is my lucky number, although it was kinda' lame if it's just 7 so I added a 0, hence, it's kasumi_yyh07. I hope that cleared things up!

I graduated from a Pontifical and Royal university (no kidding, that's what it's called) in the Philippines, so yes, that makes me a Filipino. I was born in 1987, so you do the math. I graduated with a degree in Fine Arts and Design, Major in Painting (yeah, it's really a course). In terms of art, I am more of an Impressionist than a Realist.
I am currently working as a call center agent, tagged to customer service, at BPO company called NCO-RMH. I am hoping to earn enough money to buy a few gadgets I've been dying to have, and to go back to school to take my masterals.
My goal in life is to become an illustrator. Whether it's for children's books, comics or animation, I just want to draw. But I suppose my greatest dream is to write/draw and publish my own original manga and actually gain profit from it!
I like both shonen and shoujo genre's. So I'm really not that picky...
